Screw Press

CBIP's screw-presses are well-known for their high oil extraction efficiency and low kernel breakage. There are three models to suit customers' requirements: 10-tonne FFB an hour, 15-tonne FFB an hour and 20-tonne FFB an hour. They are rugged and reliable.

Fruit Digester

CBIP's fruit digesters come in two models - 3,000 litres to suit 10-tonne screw-press and 3,500 litres to match 15-tonne screw-press. They are designed to withstand heavy duties and built to last.

Sludge Centrifuge

CBIP's star-bowl and disk-bowl sludge centrifuges are popular among palm oil millers for their fine workmanship and performance. The housings are made from high grade castings and the bowls are dynamically balanced for smooth operations. The star-bowl type is rated at: 3,000 litres per hour or 6,000 litres per hour, whereas the disk-bowl type is rated at 8,000 litres an hour or 12,000 litres an hour.

King Cracker

Through CBIP's intensive R&D efforts, the King Cracker has been designed and manufactured to crack oil palm fruit nuts efficiently and with minimal broken kernels. This product has garnered widespread acclaim for its innovative design and superior performance.

Thresher

CBIP's threshers are designed and constructed to withstand the heavy shock loads impacted by the constant tumbling action of the sterilized fruit bunches inside the thresher drum. The high-strength carbon steel shaft and the bosses of the spider-arms are machined to very fine tolerance for precision fits to counteract impulsive axial forces. The thresher drum is well balanced in terms of concentricity and rotary motion.

Fruit Cage

CBIP builds cages in various sizes ranging from 1.5-tonne FFB to 10-tonne FFB. The axles are supported by heavy-duty wear-resistant Railko bearings. The cages are usually fabricated from high grade mild steel plates but, at the discretion of customers, stainless steel plates may also be used.

Transfer Carriage

CBIP designs and manufactures transfer carriages to withstand the heavy workload and wear and tear arising from the daily shunting of fruit cages laden with fruits from railway track to railway track.

Circular Vibrating Screen

CBIP's circular vibrating screens are precision built for reliability and high performance. All screen decks are well formed and balanced for perfect fit with each other to produce a machine that is silent and has very low screen-tear rate. High quality motors and bearings are used to ensure long-lasting performance.

Pressure Sterilizer & Other types of Vessels

The vessels, in various diameters and lengths to suit the mill design, are fabricated from high grade steel plates suitable for pressure vessels. All pre-fabricated sections are machine-welded at the works by highly-skilled and qualified welders, whilst assembly at the site will be hand-welded by highly-skilled and qualified welders, in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Occupational Safety & Health.
